Subscription
Every month (or every two weeks, if you prefer), we ship you two single-origin coffees from the current volume. Each volume is a curated pairing that tells a story—two coffees that complement each other, sourced from farms we've built relationships with over time. You'll receive tasting notes, origin stories, and brewing tips with each shipment.
Absolutely. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. We'll send you a reminder email before each shipment, so you always have time to make changes. No commitments, no hassle.
Subscribers save 15% on every order and get first access to new volumes before they're available to the public. One-time purchases are perfect if you want to try a specific coffee without committing. Both options ship the same freshly roasted beans.
Log into your account and head to "Manage Subscription." You can switch between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United States. We're working on expanding to Canada and select international destinations soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your area.
We roast to order, so your coffee is always fresh. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of roasting. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $5 shipping fee.
Each bag features a one-way degassing valve to keep your coffee fresh. Our boxes are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable. We're working toward compostable packaging by 2027.
Our Coffee
We work directly with small-scale farmers across Latin America, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Every coffee is traceable to the farm and producer. We visit our partners regularly and pay above Fair Trade prices to support sustainable livelihoods.
Single-origin means the coffee comes from one specific place—a single farm, cooperative, or region. This allows you to taste the unique characteristics of that terroir: the soil, altitude, climate, and processing methods that make each coffee distinct.
Keep your coffee in its original bag (sealed tight) in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge or freezer—moisture is coffee's enemy. For best flavor, use within 3-4 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag.
We occasionally feature Swiss Water Process decaf coffees in our library. These rotate seasonally. Check our Library for current availability, or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Account & Orders
You can create an account during checkout, or visit our login page and click "Create Account." Having an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, and save your preferences.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting "Order History."
Yes! Update your address in your account settings. For subscription orders, make sure to update before your next billing date. If an order has already shipped, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every cup. If you're not satisfied with your order, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement, credit, or refund. No need to return the coffee.
We're sorry to hear that! Take a photo of the damage and email us [email protected] We'll send a replacement right away, no questions asked.
Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscription," and click "Cancel." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.
