We’ve admired Amanda Jones for years — our founder Sean and his wife Dani (Folk’s Content Director) even have two of her prints at home, including this one.

So when we chose our very first Volume to be titled Off Script, we decided to embody that idea fully: by choosing a piece that has less to do with the theme and everything to do with us.

While Amanda’s creative path from fashion to film to painting beautifully reflects the power of going off script, this work captures the heart of Folk itself. Its simple truth sits at the center of what we believe: that meaning, connection, and beauty all begin when we slow down.
